Terms and Conditions

1.    Cancellation of any lessons or instructor training is subject to a minimum of 48 hours notice or a full charge will apply. Assessment lessons or other discounted lessons will be charged at the full rate and not the discounted rate, lessons cancelled that were pre-paid will have the pre-paid hours reduced accordingly.

2. Discounts on block bookings (pre-paid lesson packages) will apply to the last lesson and if a pupil/trainee decides to discontinue lessons part way through, the lessons taken will be charged at full rate and not the discounted rate.

 3. Your individual franchised instructor is solely responsible for the collection of money for all lessons or Instructor training and Driving Ambition will not be held liable for any refunds or misuse of money whatsoever.

 4. Individual Instructors/instructor trainers have the right to refuse the use of their car for tests if they feel the pupil/trainee is not of the required standard in the interests of safety and professionalism.

 5. All Driving Ambition instructors will behave in a professional manor at all times and will not discriminate against any pupil on any grounds.

 6. Driving Ambition instructors will not accept any physical or verbal abuse during or relating to lessons/training, lessons/training can be abandoned at full charge and legal action maybe taken in such cases.
